• Quality Commitment: Partner outlets must maintain high service and product standards. User experience is directly linked to the outlet’s continued listing.
• No Fake Redemptions: Manipulating redemptions or scanning vouchers without actual service/purchase is grounds for immediate removal.
• Availability: Outlets should clearly display which items are eligible for the B1G1 offer and must honor redemptions during published hours.
• Staff Awareness: Outlet teams must be trained on how TwinWin works to avoid confusion and ensure smooth customer experience.

Guidelines for TwinWin Users

• Valid Redemptions Only: You must physically visit the outlet and purchase an eligible item to redeem a B1G1 voucher.
• Respect Redemption Rules: Each voucher is subject to outlet‑specific terms (timing, eligible items, max group size).
• No Resale: Vouchers are personal and cannot be resold or transferred to others.
• Behavior: Be respectful during your visit. Outlets have the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behavior or misuse.

Users must protect their account details. Sharing login credentials or attempting to exploit the system will result in termination.

Section 8: Privacy Policy

TwinWin collects basic user data such as name, email address, and location (if permission is granted) to provide services, verify voucher redemptions, and improve user experience. Data is securely stored and never sold or shared with third parties, except where required to operate the service, such as confirming a voucher with a partner outlet. Users can request access to or deletion of their personal data inside the app.

We retain user data only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law. Users may request deletion of their personal data at any time by sending an email to houloubis@gmail.com. Once verified, we will permanently delete your data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.
